What is Illegal Immigration?
Illegal immigration refers to migration across national borders in a way that violates the immigration laws of the destination country .
Illegal immigration to the United States refers to the act of moving to or settling in the United States with the intent to remain indefinitely in violation of U.S. immigration and nationality law. Illegality stems from immigrants either entering the United States without authorization from the US Government, or having entered the US with authorization, violate the terms of entry. The Immigration and Nationality Act governs immigration law. Tourists who are non-citizens are legally aliens due to their subjective intent to return to their own country; they are not illegal aliens.

Whereas, the purpose of U.S. Immigration policy is to benefit the citizens of the United States, and immigration policy profoundly shapes the quality of life of American citizens and their communities, the Citizens for Legalized Communities exists to hold our governing bodies accountable for the aggressive, consistent and uniform enforcement of current immigration law, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, to vigorously promote changes in existing law and funding levels to better enable Federal, State, and local law enforcement officials to effectively eliminate illegal immigration and chain migration.
Please take the time to objectively review the information we have provided you. We trust that you shall find us to be normal, hard-working, Patriotic Americans, who support Legal Immigration, but find that our Federal Government is completely remiss in the enforcement of our laws designed to protect our families, our culture, and sovereignty.
